Ms. Petkovska has twenty years of experience in the field of media development, access to information and promoting quality journalism and freedom of speech. She has initiated and managed various national and regional media programs and has worked as a consultant for public relations and media communications for several state institutions and NGOs. She has worked as journalist in several print media too. Petkovska was President of the Network for Professionalization of the Media in SEE (SEENPM) from 2017 to 2020 and has an excellent knowledge of media trends and problems in SEE. She was member of several domestic and foreign professional bodies, and has participated in preparation, editing and publishing different handbooks for journalist and various media research papers/analysis. She graduated Journalism at the Faculty of Law in Skopje.
